Training for success

Our adult trainee scheme covers a wide and diverse range of disciplines. As an Avidety trainee you’ll gain real on-the-job experience and development, and where applicable you will study for a day-release qualification.

As your career develops you’ll be supported by qualified mentors and work towards attaining industry specific electrical authorisations.
